RNU5D-1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU5D-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,939 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU5D-1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOA5_S151, NFIB_S312, and NUP153_S529. Each is linked with RNU5D-1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU5D-1-to-partner and partner-to-RNU5D-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU5D-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU5D-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
