The most reproducible RNU5A-3P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleobase-containing compound transport, Regulation of telomere maintenance, and Protein-containing complex disassembly. Each is linked with RNU5A-3P in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU5A-3P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU5A-3P results are reported.
