RNU4-64P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU4-64P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,280 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU4-64P-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR525, RN7SL372P, and H3P22. Each is linked with RNU4-64P in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU4-64P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU4-64P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU4-64P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU4-64P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
