The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNU4-64P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-64P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU4-64P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
