RNU2-5P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU2-5P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,988 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU2-5P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, ERO1A, and PGM5. Each is linked with RNU2-5P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU2-5P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU2-5P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU2-5P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU2-5P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
