Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU2-54P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,700 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU2-54P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RGS10, SERPINB1, and ACTR1A. Each is linked with RNU2-54P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU2-54P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU2-54P results are reported.
