Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-54P RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-54P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU2-54P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-54P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, KIRP, and SKCM are the cancer types where RNU2-54P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
