Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU2-42P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,965 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU2-42P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA modification, Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with RNU2-42P in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU2-42P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU2-42P results are reported.
