Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-42P RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-42P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RNU2-42P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-42P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC, UCEC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RNU2-42P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
