RNU2-27P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU2-27P RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,931 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU2-27P-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSMD3, HYDIN, and LRP1B. Each is linked with RNU2-27P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU2-27P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU2-27P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSMD3 grouped by RNU2-27P-low versus RNU2-27P-high in COAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU2-27P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU2-27P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
