RNU2-13P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU2-13P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,730 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU2-13P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA70D, RNU2-61P, and RNU2-36P. Each is linked with RNU2-13P in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU2-13P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU2-13P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-13P versus SNORA70D in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU2-13P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU2-13P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
