Q-omics provides the consensus-scored SNORA70D profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. SNORA70D expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, SNORA70D is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Additionally, SNORA70D RNA expression shows 7,665 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight BLCA, ESCA, and LAML as cancer lineages where SNORA70D shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
