Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-13P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-13P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RNU2-13P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-13P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

LIHC, UVM, and BLCA are the cancer types where RNU2-13P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
