RNU11-4P

associated omics data
RNA, U11 small nuclear 4, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU11-4P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU11-4P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU11-4P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RNU11-4P RNA expression shows 6,150 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight READ, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU11-4P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU11-4P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU11-4P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (14). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU11-4P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU11-4P expression shows unfavorable associations in READ, ACC, SKCM, CHOL, KIRC and THCA. The READ Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify READ as the clearest survival context for RNU11-4P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU11-4P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU11-4P shows higher tumor expression in STAD and BRCA. The STAD box plot shows higher RNU11-4P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.300, t-test p = .005).
