RNU11-2P

associated omics data
RNA, U11 small nuclear 2, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU11-2P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU11-2P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU11-2P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RNU11-2P RNA expression shows 7,671 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight BLCA, STAD, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU11-2P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU11-2P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU11-2P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (11). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU11-2P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU11-2P expression shows unfavorable associations in LUSC, UVM and LIHC, but favorable associations in BLCA, LAML and LGG. The BLCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .004). Together, the overview and detailed table identify BLCA as the clearest survival context for RNU11-2P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU11-2P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU11-2P shows lower tumor expression in THCA and LUSC and higher tumor expression in STAD. The STAD box plot shows higher RNU11-2P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.409, t-test p = .004).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with RNU11-2P in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, RNU11-2P shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with COAD recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
