Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU1-63P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,103 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU1-63P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS2, BICRA_S1413, and EIF3J_S127. Each is linked with RNU1-63P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-63P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-63P results are reported.
