Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-63P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-63P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU1-63P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-63P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and LUSC show a favorable association.

BLCA, LUAD, and TGCT are the cancer types where RNU1-63P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
