Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU1-63P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,130 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU1-63P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA-templated DNA biosynthetic process, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with RNU1-63P in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-63P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-63P results are reported.
