RNU1-48P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU1-48P RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 510 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU1-48P-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDH1, CNTRL, and KCNJ15. Each is linked with RNU1-48P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-48P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-48P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDH1 grouped by RNU1-48P-low versus RNU1-48P-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU1-48P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU1-48P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
