Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-48P RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-48P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RNU1-48P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-48P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and LGG are the cancer types where RNU1-48P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
