The most reproducible RNU1-105P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telencephalon development, Pallium development, and Cerebral cortex radially oriented cell migration. Each is linked with RNU1-105P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-105P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-105P results are reported.
