Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-105P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-105P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RNU1-105P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-105P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, PAAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU1-105P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
