Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNFT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,076 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNFT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, ECT2_T359, and TOP2A_S1247. Each is linked with RNFT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNFT2-to-partner and partner-to-RNFT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNFT2 versus TOP2A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
