Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,339 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPART, XPO4, and COG3. Each is linked with RNF6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF6-to-partner and partner-to-RNF6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF6 versus SPART in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
