Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,761 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAN2C1, LINC00112, and HDAC1P2. Each is linked with RNF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF6-to-partner and partner-to-RNF6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF6 versus MAN2C1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
