Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3651, GRIP1, and ADK. Each is linked with RNF6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF6-to-partner and partner-to-RNF6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3651 grouped by RNF6-low versus RNF6-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
