Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,667 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, Intra-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Double-strand break repair via classical nonhomologous end joining. Each is linked with RNF6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF6-to-partner and partner-to-RNF6 results are reported.
