RNF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 249 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC1, H2AC1, and OR8A1. Each is linked with RNF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF6-to-partner and partner-to-RNF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BC1 grouped by RNF6-low versus RNF6-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
