Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF5P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,975 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF5P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, Rescue of stalled ribosome, and RNA polymerase II preinitiation complex assembly. Each is linked with RNF5P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF5P1-to-partner and partner-to-RNF5P1 results are reported.
