RNF41

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,183 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCC2, HNRNPLL, and MYG1. Each is linked with RNF41 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF41-to-partner and partner-to-RNF41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF41 versus SMARCC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
