Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF41 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNF41 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNF41 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LGG show a favorable association.
KIRC, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where RNF41 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
