RNF41

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF41 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,534 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF41-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A8, ZC3H10, and HDC. Each is linked with RNF41 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF41-to-partner and partner-to-RNF41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF41 versus SLC7A8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
