RNF41

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF41 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,397 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPY30, TAOK1_S965, and RAP2B. Each is linked with RNF41 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF41-to-partner and partner-to-RNF41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF41 versus DPY30 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
