RNF41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF41 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF41-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH2, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with RNF41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF41-to-partner and partner-to-RNF41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by RNF41-low versus RNF41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
