RNF40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF40 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF40-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, MSH2, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with RNF40 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF40-to-partner and partner-to-RNF40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by RNF40-low versus RNF40-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF40→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
