Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,405 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromatin organization, RNA export from nucleus, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with RNF40 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF40-to-partner and partner-to-RNF40 results are reported.
