Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 913 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF34-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM51HP, OR8B1P, and TRGJP2. Each is linked with RNF34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF34-to-partner and partner-to-RNF34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM51HP grouped by RNF34-low versus RNF34-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF34→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
