RNF31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,189 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and SSRP1_S444. Each is linked with RNF31 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF31-to-partner and partner-to-RNF31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF31 versus SSRP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
