RNF31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 992 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF31-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7E10P, OR5AP2, and RNA5SP100. Each is linked with RNF31 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF31-to-partner and partner-to-RNF31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7E10P grouped by RNF31-low versus RNF31-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
