RNF31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF31-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2C1, R3HDML, and BANF2. Each is linked with RNF31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF31-to-partner and partner-to-RNF31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2C1 grouped by RNF31-low versus RNF31-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
