RNF2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,649 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLDC, RBM26_S518, and CHD1_T1700. Each is linked with RNF2P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF2P1-to-partner and partner-to-RNF2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF2P1 versus GLDC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
