RNF26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,293 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF26-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4EBP2P2, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, and RN7SL667P. Each is linked with RNF26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF26-to-partner and partner-to-RNF26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF4EBP2P2 grouped by RNF26-low versus RNF26-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF26→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
