Q-omics provides the consensus-scored EIF4EBP2P2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. EIF4EBP2P2 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, EIF4EBP2P2 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, EIF4EBP2P2 RNA expression shows 9,729 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight KIRP, STAD, and LAML as cancer lineages where EIF4EBP2P2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
