Q-omics provides the consensus-scored PLA2G12AP2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. PLA2G12AP2 expression is associated with patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, PLA2G12AP2 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, PLA2G12AP2 RNA expression shows 6,487 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Together, these results highlight PAAD, KIRC, and THCA as cancer lineages where PLA2G12AP2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
