Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP451, RNA5SP396, and RNU6-841P. Each is linked with RNF25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF25-to-partner and partner-to-RNF25 results are reported.
