Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-393P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-393P expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, RNU6-393P RNA expression shows 6,537 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight BLCA, and BRCA as cancer lineages where RNU6-393P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
