Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF217-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,419 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF217-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLAT, GUF1, and GPATCH11. Each is linked with RNF217-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF217-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-RNF217-AS1 results are reported.
