RNF182

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF182 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,217 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF182-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHLDA2, CADM1, and CCDC88C. Each is linked with RNF182 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF182-to-partner and partner-to-RNF182 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF182 versus PHLDA2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF182→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF182) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
