Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF182 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF182-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4710, NUP188, and PIMREG. Each is linked with RNF182 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF182-to-partner and partner-to-RNF182 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4710 grouped by RNF182-low versus RNF182-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF182→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF182) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
