RNF175

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF175 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,187 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF175-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, RNU6-728P, and RNU2-15P. Each is linked with RNF175 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF175-to-partner and partner-to-RNF175 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by RNF175-low versus RNF175-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF175→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF175) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
